Last updated October 12, 2026
This policy explains what LBLS collects, why, and who we share it with.
What we collect
- Shipment details: ZIP codes, package weight and size, and the sender and recipient names, addresses and phone numbers you enter.
- Contact details: your name and email.
- Account details: if you create an account, your email and a securely hashed password. We never store your password itself.
- Payment details: Stripe collects your card information on its own checkout page. We only receive a payment confirmation and reference number, never your full card number.
- Basic usage data: server logs and simple events (like when rates are requested) used to run and improve the service.
How we use it
- To get shipping rates, buy your label and show you tracking.
- To send you your label and messages about your order.
- To provide customer support, process refunds and prevent fraud.
- To meet legal and accounting requirements.
Who we share it with
- Carriers and our shipping technology provider (ShipStation API, operated by Auctane), who need the addresses and package details to create and deliver your shipment.
- Stripe, to process your payment.
- Service providers that host our website and database and send our emails, only to run the service.
- Authorities, when the law requires it.
We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t share it for advertising.
