What's included in the price?
The price on each option is the total you pay for that label. It includes the carrier's postage and our service fee. Nothing is added at checkout. If the price changes once you enter the full addresses (carriers sometimes charge more for homes), we show you the new price before you pay.
What do I need to get a label?
The ZIP codes, the package weight, and its length, width and height in inches. At checkout you'll add the full sender and recipient addresses, your name and email.
How do I print my label?
After you pay, download or print the label right from the confirmation page. It's a standard 4×6 shipping label. It prints fine on regular paper (trim it and tape it on) or on a 4×6 thermal label printer. Don't cover the barcode with tape.
Where do I drop off my package?
Take it to any location of the carrier on your label, or hand it to that carrier's driver. Your label is already paid for, so there's nothing to pay at drop-off.
I lost my label. How do I get it back?
Go to Track an order and enter your order number and the email you used at checkout. If you made an account, all your labels are under Your Shipments.
Can I cancel a label I didn't use?
Yes, if the carrier hasn't scanned the package yet. Contact us with your order number within 30 days of buying it. As soon as the carrier accepts the cancellation request, we refund you in full.
What if I entered the wrong weight or size?
Carriers check packages and may charge more if the real weight or size is bigger than what you entered. Weigh and measure carefully. If a carrier bills us an adjustment for your package, we may pass it on to you (see our Terms).
Do I need an account?
No. You can buy a label as a guest. A free account keeps all your labels and tracking numbers in one place.
Is my payment secure?
Payments are processed by Stripe on their secure checkout page. We never see or store your card number.
Do you ship internationally?
Not yet. Right now we sell labels for packages shipped within the United States, up to 150 lb.
